Returns
What is the return window?
You have thirty (30) days from the date you receive products to contact us for a return authorization (RA) number to return the item for a 100% refund (excluding return shipping fee).
Do I need a receipt to return an item?
You need to call or email within thirty (30) days of receiving the item to get your return authorization (RA) number. All accessories originally shipped with your order must be included with the return.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
Any returned product that is damaged through customer misuse or is missing parts due to customer tampering will result in the customer being charged a 50% fee. If you open a dispute/claim regarding the order, the thirty (30) day return policy will not be applicable and will be null and void.
How will I receive my refund?
Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund within 2-5 business days. There's a circumstantial extended return policy where returns within 60 days are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and within 90 days are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Who pays for return shipping?
You pay for the return shipping cost, as the 100% refund excludes return shipping fee, and you'll need to pay for the return shipping cost when they issue the RA# and ship the return shipping label to you.

So here's the thing about Airdog-they're basically the Tesla of air purifiers, and I mean that in the best possible way.
