Returns
What is the return window?
For a period of 90 Days from the date of purchase, you can return your Aleavia to us for a complete refund of the original purchase price less shipping cost.
Do I need a receipt to return an item?
Please include your used products, a copy of your original invoice, a short description of why you are returning and we will issue a refund to the address listed on the invoice. Yes, you need a copy of your original invoice.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
Please be advised that we can only refund those orders that were purchased at Aleavia.com. Any other online orders shall be governed by the particular store where you purchased your products.
How will I receive my refund?
We reserve the right to issue a refund in the form of a check or credit card refund to the card used to purchase the order.
