Returns
What is the return window?
Customers may return air purifiers, AQMs, and accessories within 60 days of receipt per Alen's 60 Day Love It Or Return It Guarantee.
Do I need a receipt to return an item?
With valid proof of purchase and an intact ratings label, we warrant your Alen Air Purifier to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
Customers may return unused and unopened filters within 60 days from receipt. Please note if the original plastic wrapping has been removed from the filter, it is no longer eligible for return or refund.
How will I receive my refund?
Please allow up to 14 business days after Alen's receipt of product to process refunds back to the original form of payment. Although you may receive the refund sooner, please allow up to 7 business days for it to reflect your original form of payment.
Who pays for return shipping?
All return shipping costs (will vary based on item weight and origination) are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount. Return Shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
