Returns
What is the return window?
You must make your return within 14 days of the delivery date. Mail in returns have a $10 restocking fee per order, which will be deducted from your refund.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
Sale items 60% off and higher are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or credit - no exceptions. We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, altered, or washed. Merchandise must have all tags attached.
How will I receive my refund?

Can I return online purchases in-store?
If you would like to return your online order in store, please visit our Store Locator page to find the store closest to you. All orders placed through Instagram need to be returned through our online return portal above and can not be returned in store. Refunds from Instagram orders will be issued from Instagram to your original method of payment.
How do I start a return online?
You can return your unworn alice + olivia items by visiting this page. Once we have received your request you will receive an email confirming your request which will also include a QR code and return label. For printerless returns, package your item and show the QR code at your nearest FedEx or Walgreens.
