Returns
What is the return window?
There is no time limit on returns or exchanges, and this includes sale items. This is notably generous compared to most retailers.
Do I need a receipt to return an item?
To return or exchange an item in-store, simply bring the item to any store. You must bring your credit card with you to receive a refund to your original method of payment. If you do not have your card, you will receive store credit.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
At this time, they do not offer exchanges on Bedding, Pillows, and Throws. All other fashion items can be returned or exchanged.
How will I receive my refund?
If you bring your credit card to the store, you will receive a refund to your original method of payment. If you do not have your card, you will receive store credit.
Who pays for return shipping?
There is an $8.95 return shipping fee charged for use of a label provided by Altar'd State. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund price for mailed returns using their return label. Even exchanges will not incur the return shipping fee.
