Returns

What is the return window?
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from us.amazfit.com for any reason, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund. Products ordered in November and December can be returned through January 31 of the following year (or 45 days - whichever is longer).

Do I need a receipt to return an item?
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested from our customer service team within thirty (30) days of your purchase date. To request an RMA, please send an email via https://www.amazfit.com/pages/contact-us or call 1-888-826-2934.

Are there any items that are non-returnable?
For virtual electronic gift cards sold on the official website: if not activated, you can enjoy a 30-day no-reason return policy. Once activated, you no longer have the right to a no-reason return policy.

How will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be processed and paid within 4 weeks of Amazfit's receipt of the Product. Shipping and handling charges, gift wrap fees, and taxes paid (e.g., state, customs, VAT) are not refundable.

Who pays for return shipping?
Customers in Canada who want to return a product will need to do so at their own expense. Any shipping fees incurred are non-refundable. Customers may use the shipping method of their choice to return the items. You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the Product while in transit to Amazfit.
