What is the return window?
Our return window is 30 days. Any Appaman product not marked 'Final Sale' purchased on Appaman.com can be returned up to 30 days from the purchase date. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed by our team.

How will I receive my refund?
There is a shipping/restock fee of $9.99 for items sent back for a refund. We offer free shipping on all domestic exchanges and store credit returns. Refunds will appear back to the original payment within 7 business days depending on your bank's clearance times.

Who pays for return shipping?
Domestic returns for a refund that utilize our return label will incur an $9.99 shipping/restocking fee. To avoid this fee, check out our store credit or exchange option! We offer free shipping on all domestic exchanges and store credit returns. Store credit and exchanges are allowed up to 30 days after the package is delivered.
