What is the return window?
Aquatalia offers a 30-day return window for most purchases, meaning you have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return if you're unsatisfied with your item. Please allow 10-15 business days for your return to be delivered and processed.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
Products marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged. Products must be returned in their original condition, tags and packaging included. To be eligible for a return, items must be in new and unused condition, and it's recommended to try on footwear on carpeted areas to avoid damage, as Aquatalia reserves the right to refuse returns of damaged or worn items.
How will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically issued to the original method of payment used to purchase the item(s), and your credit may take up to two billing cycles to post to your account, depending on your credit card company.
Who pays for return shipping?
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Pre-paid return labels are available for continental U.S. returns, while international customers may need to cover return shipping costs.
What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
If there are issues with delivery of an order, such as non-delivery or damage to products, Aquatalia.com must be notified within 14 days of the shipping date or we will be unable to assist with replacement or refund. Aquatalia.com is not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
