Returns
What is the return window?
Returns/exchanges must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date (online purchases) or date-of-purchase (in store purchases).
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Masks are final sale and are not eligible for returns and exchanges. Swimwear must have the original price tags and hygienic liner intact. New sunglasses may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date if accompanied by the original receipt, with tags attached.
How will I receive my refund?
If you'd like to return your item for a refund, it will be processed to the original method of payment. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.
Can I return online purchases in-store?
Orders placed online can be returned by mail or to an Athleta store (except for Mail Only items or items purchased on Facebook and Instagram), but in-store purchased items can be returned to a store only.
Who pays for return shipping?
Refunds and exchanges are free if you return your item to the store or use the Athleta returns shipping label.
