These rates are valid for NEW reservations only with a minimum 2-night stay for travel from January 4, 2026, to November 22, 2026. Savings are off Best Available Rates. Reservations are non-refundable if canceled more than one day (24 hours) after booking. Any non-refundable bookings cancelled more than one day (24 hours) after booking will be charged the full cost of the room for the entire length of stay, plus applicable taxes, and surcharges. Name changes on the reservation will not be accepted. No exceptions will be made. Rates are valid at The Coral, The Royal, The Cove, The Reef, and Harborside. Rates are subject to nightly VAT and Levies, Resort Fee, Mandatory Gratuities, and Utility Service Fees: 21% charge on nightly room rate (10% VAT, 4.4% Paradise Island Tourism and Development Association Levy (including VAT), and 6.6% Nassau Paradise Island Promotional Board Levy (including VAT)), daily Resort Fee ($59 plus a $5.90 VAT charge, totaling $64.90 at The Coral, $65 plus a $6.50 VAT charge, totaling $71.50 at The Royal, and $70 plus a $7 VAT charge, totaling $77 at The Reef), and daily Mandatory Gratuities (up to $14 per person, per night, 12 and older, at The Coral and The Royal, and up to $30 per person, per night, 12 and older, at The Reef). Daily Utility Service Fee at Harborside ($20.52 per person, per day incl. VAT), and daily Mandatory Gratuities at Harborside ($6.25 per person, per day, 12 and older). All VAT, Levies, Resort Fees, and Mandatory Gratuities are subject to change without notice. Rates are subject to availability and blackout dates. Blackout dates include March 15, 2026 – April 11, 2026. Rates are not combined with other offers and is not valid for group or casino bookings. Rates are commissionable to travel agents.
