These rates are valid for new reservations only with a minimum 2-night stay for travel between October 6, 2025 and November 30, 2025, and are based on savings off Best Available Rates. Reservations are non-refundable if canceled more than 24 hours after booking, and such cancellations will be charged the full cost of the stay plus applicable taxes and surcharges. No name changes are allowed, and no exceptions will be made. Rates apply to The Coral, The Royal, The Cove, The Reef, and Harborside, and are subject to nightly VAT and levies, Resort Fees, Mandatory Gratuities, and Utility Service Fees, which vary by property (e.g., Resort Fees range from $64.90 to $77 nightly depending on the tower, with daily gratuities up to $30 per person, and Harborside-specific charges including a $20.52 Utility Fee and $6.25 gratuity per person). All taxes, fees, and gratuities are subject to change without notice. Offer is subject to availability, blackout dates, and cannot be combined with other offers or used for group or casino bookings. Rates are commissionable to travel agents, require full payment at the time of booking, and are governed by the resort’s general Payment, Cancellation, and Refund Policies. The resort reserves the right to change the offer and its terms at any time.
