- SAFETY: The safety and well-being of our fans, artists, guests and staff is our number one priority. If you need any assistance at all during ACL Fest, look for the SafeFest helping hand sign or our team in yellow vests. This team is here to answer questions, offer directions, or guide you to a resource for safety!

- THIS MUST BE THE PLACE: We’re partnering with This Must Be The Place, an overdose prevention nonprofit, who will educate music fans about the dangers of Fentanyl and supply them with the life-saving opioid reversal medicine, Naloxone, commonly known as Narcan. Stop by their booth at the festival and learn more!
- SUSTAINABILITY: Help us protect Zilker Park and the surrounding area by Leaving No Trace! On your way in and out of the festival, please be sure to dispose of cigarettes, trash, and aluminum cups and cans properly. Dry conditions have greatly increased fire risk along our city's beautiful trails.
- GATE TIMES: Gates will open at 12pm and close at 10pm each day.
- GETTING HERE: Please keep in mind there is no parking at Zilker Park or in the surrounding neighborhoods. Check out our Getting Here page and take advantage of one of the many ways of getting to and from the festival grounds.
Friendly reminder that a Butler Trail detour is currently in place, beginning just west of Lamar Blvd to Toomey Rd. Please make sure to plan your routes to the festival accordingly.
Make your visit hassle free! You can now prepay for parking in advance using LAZ Parking. Skip the lines and enjoy a smoother experience from the moment you arrive.
- BOX OFFICE: Pick up your tickets starting Thursday, 10/2 from 11am-7pm at the Palmer Events Center. View the during-festival Box Office Hours and be sure to check your email and have your ticket confirmation receipt ready (with barcode) to expedite your pick-up process!
- ACL FEST MERCH POP-UP: Shop ACL Fest Merch early at the Pre-Fest Box Office located at The Palmer Events Center! Another Merch Pop-Up location will be available at the Barton Springs East Box Office throughout both weekends.
- ALLOWED & PROHIBITED ITEMS: Each person and their belongings are subject to search. Please review our Bag Policy and Allowed & Prohibited Items before heading to the festival grounds.
To speed up entry, leave your bags at home and take advantage of the No Bag Express Lanes!

- TAG-YOUR-KID: The Tag-Your-Kid Program allows adults to register their children with the festival and receive a specialized wristband. In the instance that a child gets lost, we have a way to unite them with their parent(s) or guardians. Visit any of the Guest Services Tents inside the festival to get registered.
