What is the return window?
AvaCare Medical offers a refund on all unused, resellable goods returned within 30 days of purchase, unless marked otherwise on the product page.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
All PPE items and Covid Tests are non-returnable.
How will I receive my refund?
Your original shipping cost will be refunded if all items in the order are returned. A restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. This 15% fee varies by product and is not applied if the return is for a defective or incorrect item.
What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
If the issue is on our end (damaged or incorrect item), we will take full responsibility. If you received a defective or incorrect product, we will resolve the issue or send you a prepaid return label so you don't have to pay for shipping.
