1. Keep your baby close to heart. The closer to your body you babywear, the closer your child’s center of gravity, which is more comfortable for you. A flat hand between you and your baby is a good rule of thumb. 2. Adjust the baby carrier to your needs. All of our baby carriers are simple to adjust, so even if you and your partner have different body shapes, you can both use the same baby carrier. 3. Switch between facing-in and facing-out. To relieve pressure on your shoulders and back, switch between babywearing in the facing-out and the facing-in positions. The facing-out position should not be used until the baby is ready (usually around five months). |
