What is the return window?
Badgeslide has a one-week return policy for eligible items. Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery will only receive partial refunds.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
The custom made cant refund the money after payment - custom items cannot be returned. Certain goods such as perishable items, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases are exempt from being returned.
Who pays for return shipping?
