Returns

What is the return window?
BannerBuzz accepts returns on eligible items within 3 days of delivery. This is a pretty tight window compared to many retailers, so you'll want to inspect your order immediately upon arrival.

Are there any items that are non-returnable?
Custom products are made to order specifically for you and are eligible for replacements only. No refunds will be issued. These items can be replaced if they arrive damaged, defective, lost during shipping, or with an error in printing/customization.

How will I receive my refund?
BannerBuzz will send a replacement of the product, issue store credit, or issue a refund via the original payment method for the purchase value of the failed or broken product(s). Refunds will be issued within 7 days if the online ticket is approved. If refund is claimed after 60 days of receiving payments it will be in the form of store credit.

What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
Refunds or replacements for non-custom products are available only if the items are damaged in transit, defective, lost during shipping, or substantially different from the original order. BannerBuzz will make the final decision on whether to provide a replacement or refund.

Who pays for return shipping?
Products must be returned in their original, unused condition. The return policy does not explicitly state who pays for return shipping, but given the 3-day window and custom nature of most products, customers should contact customer service for specific instructions.

Editor's Take

So here's the thing about BannerBuzz-it's basically what happens when someone gets fed up with local print shops and decides to revolutionize an entire industry. Back in 2010, CEO Nishant Shah needed custom signage for his eco-friendly car wash business, but local shops couldn't deliver what he needed, so he created an online custom signage platform that ended up revolutionizing the signs and displays industry globally. Kind of a "necessity is the mother of invention" situation, you know?

What makes them interesting is the sheer scope of what they offer. With over 300 products available for every event, festival and trade show, they've positioned themselves as this one-stop shop for basically any custom printed thing you can imagine-vinyl banners, yard signs, table covers, neon signs, business cards, you name it. It's the kind of place where a small business owner prepping for a farmers market and a corporation planning a massive trade show can both find what they need.

The business model is pretty clever, actually. They offer wholesale prices to retail customers, focusing on quality, value and service, and they're one of the larger flex-vinyl sign printers around, using cutting-edge printing processes and web technology to keep costs down. They've got state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities with high-quality large-format printers, which is how they manage to keep prices competitive while maintaining decent quality standards.

But-and there's always a but-the customer experience seems kind of hit or miss based on what you see out there. They claim to have fulfilled over 85% of orders by the expected delivery date, which sounds good until you realize that means 15% don't arrive on time. And here's something that catches people off guard: a lot of their manufacturing happens overseas, not in the US or Canada, despite having North American URLs.

The pricing is legitimately competitive. They can undercut a lot of competitors because they're ordering materials directly from manufacturers and managing a global operation. For someone who needs custom signage and doesn't want to pay boutique prices, that's pretty appealing. Just maybe build in some extra time for delivery, and definitely review your proofs carefully before approving them.
