What is the return window?
If your product arrives damaged or Bellroy sent you an incorrect order by mistake, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (including shipping). If you change your mind or wish to return an unwanted gift, please contact [email protected] as they would love to help you exchange or refund your purchase if returned within 30 days of delivery.
Who pays for return shipping?
The return shipping isn't covered and refunds need to be sent to the original purchaser's method of payment for change-of-mind returns. However, if the product arrives damaged or incorrect, Bellroy covers the return shipping.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
All items must be returned in original condition and in the original Bellroy packaging. Because of the nature of the Karan Singh Tech Kit, Bellroy will not accept "change of mind" returns once the iron-on patches have been applied.

Editor's Take
So here's the thing about Bellroy-they basically took one look at the bulky wallet situation and said "nah, we can do better." And honestly? They weren't wrong.
The company was founded in 2009 by designers Andrew Fallshaw and Hadrien Monloup, and engineers Lina Calabria and Matthew Fallshaw, with their first products to market being slim wallets. The name itself is kind of perfect-it's derived from the towns of Bells Beach and Fitzroy, where the company has offices. One's this laid-back surf town, the other's Melbourne's creative hub. That balance shows up in everything they make.
What started as a wallet company has grown into something way bigger. Bellroy is an Australian accessories brand making carry goods, including bags, folios, wallets, pouches, mobile phone cases, and key covers. But it's not just about making stuff-they're a certified B Corporation, which means they're actually putting their money where their mouth is when it comes to sustainability and ethical business practices.
The products themselves have this thoughtful design thing going on. Like, you know how most wallets just kind of exist? Bellroy actually thinks about how you use them. Cards you grab most often go in easy-access spots. Bills fold neatly without that annoying bulk. It's the kind of design that makes you wonder why everyone else hasn't figured this out yet.
And they've expanded beyond wallets in a big way. Travel bags, tech accessories, phone cases-basically anything you carry on a daily basis, they've probably redesigned it to be slimmer, smarter, and more functional. As of 2023, Bellroy has over 100 employees, which is pretty impressive growth for a company that started around a kitchen table.
Here's something interesting: In April 2019, Bellroy announced a partnership with Silas Capital, a New York-based growth equity firm that invests in consumer brands; and later that year was valued at $83 million. Not bad for a company selling wallets, right? But it makes sense when you see how loyal their customers are.
The materials matter too. They use eco-tanned leather, recycled fabrics, and they're constantly looking for ways to reduce environmental impact. It's not just greenwashing either-they back it up with actual certifications and transparent practices.
One thing that stands out is their warranty program. They updated their warranty policy from 3 years across all products to: 3 years for wallets, pouches, tech accessories and key carry, 6 years for all bags, and 10 years for luggage. That's the kind of confidence in your product that you don't see everywhere.
The customer service approach is interesting too. They don't offer phone support, explaining that they often need to share photos of products or screenshots of the website with customers, making email and social media better for support. Some people love it, some find it frustrating, but it's definitely intentional.
What really gets people hooked is that attention to detail. Hidden pockets where you need them. Zippers that actually glide smoothly. Stitching that holds up year after year. It's the kind of stuff you don't notice until you've used a Bellroy product for a while, and then you can't go back to regular wallets and bags.
They're also official suppliers to Apple Inc., which tells you something about the quality standards they're hitting. When Apple picks your accessories to sell alongside their products, you're doing something right.
The price point is definitely premium-these aren't impulse buys. But talk to Bellroy customers and they'll tell you the same thing: the stuff lasts. People are still using wallets they bought a decade ago. In a world of fast fashion and disposable everything, that's actually kind of refreshing.
