The 2024 hurricane season began on June 1, and it's expected to be a busy one.The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's outlook for the 2024 Atlantic hurricane season, which runs through November 30, predicts an 85% chance of an above-normal season, with as many as 25 named storms.
