What is the return window?
Better Not Younger offers a 30-day return window from the purchase date. Your return will be processed promptly upon arrival, and you'll receive a confirmation via email, with 2 to 3 weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited to the original payment method.
Do I need a receipt to return an item?
To return items, you need to send an email to [email protected] with your order number and the items to be returned, including a brief explanation of the reason for your return.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
Unfortunately, they can't accept returns on overly used products, hair turban, nor sample sachets. All products must be unused or be less than 1/3 used to qualify for a refund.
How will I receive my refund?
Better Not Younger issues a full refund (minus shipping, handling or other service fees) to your original payment method. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded.
Can I return online purchases in-store?
