Returns
What is the return window?
All BFGoodrich® tires that are purchased from an authorized BFGoodrich dealer have a Standard Manufacturer's Limited Warranty, which covers defects in workmanship and materials for the life of the original usable tread, or for 6 years from date of purchase, whichever occurs first.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
Misapplication, improper maintenance, racing, under inflation, over inflation or other abuse resulting in casing damage or fatigue, accident, fire, chemical corrosion, contamination, tire alteration or vandalism are not covered.
How will I receive my refund?
If a tire is covered by the BFGoodrich limited warranty, BFGoodrich or its distributor will replace the tire with a comparable new BFGoodrich replacement tire on a pro rata basis. This means that customer will be responsible for paying a portion of the cost. The distributor will determine the portion for which customer will be responsible by multiplying the percentage of the original usable tread worn by the price in the current BFGoodrich Base Price List.
How do I start a return online?
If you want to make a warranty claim on your BFGoodrich tires, then you need to take your tires to a participating BFGoodrich tire retailer, and the vehicle that the tires were originally purchased for must be brought to the retailer as well.
Editor's Take
You know what's interesting about BFGoodrich? They're not just another tire company trying to sell you rubber-they're basically the motorsports nerds who happened to get really, really good at making tires for the rest of us.
Think about it. Originally part of the industrial conglomerate Goodrich Corporation, it was acquired in 1990 by the French tire maker Michelin. But here's the thing that sets them apart: Using motorsports as a proving ground for more than 40 years, BFGoodrich Tires have been tested in some of the most demanding environments on earth and involved in almost every type of auto racing, including sports car, drag, desert, dirt, short course, rally and extreme rock crawling. Combining its vast motorsports experience and technological expertise, BFGoodrich offers high performance tires to help you enjoy the ride, from the rugged trails to the streets of rush hour.
And they've got the wins to back it up. BFGoodrich has been involved in several Baja California Competitions and enjoyed success with 28 overall victories at the Baja 1000 and 13 times winner of the Paris-Dakar Rally. That's not just marketing fluff-that's serious desert-racing credibility.
But what really gets me is how they've managed to translate all that racing DNA into tires that actually work for regular people. Our tires are designed and built by enthusiasts - people who go to track days or off-roading on the weekends. We work to continually improve tire performance because we want the same thing from a tire that you do. It's like having a race engineer design your daily driver.
The company's been around since 1870, which means they've seen pretty much everything the automotive world could throw at them. BFGoodrich was the first company in the United States to manufacture pneumatic automobile tires in 1896. They were literally there when cars stopped being horseless carriages and became, well, cars.
These days, they're celebrating 150 years of excellence and innovation, delivering all-season traction and everyday control, backed by 150 years of brand credibility. And honestly? When you see their All-Terrain T/A KO2s on half the pickup trucks in America, you realize they've figured out how to make tires that serious off-roaders trust but that also won't make your daily commute miserable.
