Returns
What is the return window?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your purchases within 30 days of receipt, as long as the BougeRV porducts returned are new, undamaged and unmodified.
Who pays for return shipping?
In this case, BougeRV does not cover shipping costs for returns. BougeRV will cover the shipping costs if you were shipped a defective or incorrect product.
What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
I've received a damaged or defective item. What should I do? We take pride in the quality of our items and if it's anything less than great, we want to make it right. In case you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service and we'll try and sort it out for you as soon as possible.
