A Message From the Boulevardia Board of Directors

After ten unforgettable years of building our own pop-up nation—fueled by beer, beats, makers, magic and the best damn fans around—we’ve made a bittersweet decision: Boulevardia will not return for another season. Our tenth anniversary was one wildly wonderful ride, and we’re choosing to let that milestone stand as the festival’s grand finale.

Over the past decade, we set up camp in three different corners of Kansas City’s urban core—proving that wherever Boulevardia landed, the party followed. Together, we transformed streets, parking lots and unexpected spaces into a world where KC culture reigned supreme and curiosity was the official currency.

We welcomed international headliners, national favorites and the absolute cream of Kansas City’s music scene. We tasted hundreds of beers from across the globe—while proudly raising a glass (or several) to our founding partner and forever favorite, Boulevard Brewing Company. We celebrated the dreamers, makers, bakers, shakers and creators who keep this city pulsing with originality.

And you—our citizens of Boulevardia—you showed up every time with hearts wide open and spirits ready to explore. You danced in the streets, supported local businesses, cheered on your favorite bands, discovered new obsessions and embraced every quirky corner of the festival we threw your way.

To our fans, partners, volunteers, vendors, artists and the City of Kansas City: you made a decade of BLVDIA possible.

Ending on year ten feels right—like the final page of a story we’re incredibly proud to have written together. And what a story it is. A decade of joy, community, celebration and the very best of Kansas City.

The festival may be ending, but the memories (and the hangovers) live on.
