As you prepare for your journey to KC's Best Festival, we wanted to offer you a few tips and tidbits to make your visit everything you are expecting it to be. We’re ready. Are you? Here we go! CAN I BRING IN A WATER BOTTLE, BAG, OR CHAIRS? You can bring in an empty water bottle with you and we will have a free water bottle filling station on site (thanks to FNBO!). Bags are permitted, but will be searched upon festival entry. With regard to lawn chairs, we'll have plenty of areas for sitting and relaxing throughout the fest. Outside lawn chairs or camping chairs will not be permitted. WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT? We accept all major credit cards and tap to pay. No cash will be accepted at Boulevardia gates, bars, or merch tent. No checks accepted. WHERE CAN I GET THE MOST UP-TO-DATE INFO? Your best bet is always Boulevardia.com, which can also be downloaded as a web app. Once downloaded and prompted, be sure to choose allow notifications to receive push notifications about festival activities, special offerings, surprises and more. We'll also be sharing the fun on social– follow along on Facebook, X, TikTok, and Instagram. TICKET PURCHASES? You can purchase those online at boulevardia.com/tickets or at any of the festival gates starting at 12pm on Saturday, June 14th. ALREADY HAVE A TICKET BUT WANT TO UPGRADE? We have special pricing onsite if you already have a ticket but would like to try one of our special experiences. If you already have a GA ticket for $50 you can either upgrade to a Taps and Tastes GA ticket or to a VIP ticket. Taps and Tastes upgrades are available at our Main and Park gate, and VIP upgrades are available for purchase at the VIP tent entrance. WHAT DO I GET WITH A GENERAL ADMISSION (GA) TICKET? Your General Admission ticket gives you full access to all our music and entertainment stages, the Monster Energy Silent Disco, the Makers Market, and Canna Village. Food, beer and other beverages are available for purchase. WHAT BEERS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR GA TICKET HOLDERS? A variety of Boulevard beers will be served in cans throughout the festival's bars. Popular offerings include Space Camper IPA, Boulevard Light, Unfiltered Wheat, Southwest BLVD, and Bou Lou (a Tech N9ne collaboration!). IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE TO DRINK BESIDES BEER? Boulevardians will be able to enjoy Boulevard’s Fling Craft Cocktails and Quirk Hard Seltzer and Climbing Kites (THC infused Sparkling water). We also have two cocktail bars with a variety of spirits from our friends at 360 Vodka and Holladay Distillery. Enjoy inspired bourbon cocktails from Holladay Distillery, Quirk Cocktails made with 360 Vodka or select from a variety of different spirits and mixers to enjoy solo or in a cocktail or mocktail creation of your own. ARE THERE ANY NON-ALCOHOLIC OFFERINGS? For the nonalcoholic drinkers, Boulevardia will once again feature a selection of non-alcoholic beverages and beers like Boulevard's Space Camper Zero Gravity N/A IPA, Quirk non-alcoholic seltzer, and Climbing Kites THC infused Sparkling water. The festival bars will also feature Coke products, water, and Monster Energy Drinks. We also encourage you to bring in an empty water container to refill at our FREE water station, sponsored by First National Bank of Omaha. Stay as hydrated as possible throughout the weekend! |
 | WHERE DO I PARK? Please consider taking a cab or rideshare to Boulevardia. Ride KC Public Transportation and the KC Streetcar also provide service to Boulevardia and Crown Center. Crown Center offers free parking all day Saturday and guests who want to drive can access the free garages via Grand Boulevard and 25th Street or Pershing and McGee. More information is available via the directions page on our website. INFO FOR GUESTS WITH DISABILITIES? Boulevardia takes place on streets, along sidewalks and streets in and around Crown Center. We do our best to make it as accessible as possible. Designated handicap parking spaces will be available within the Crown Center parking garage. State-issued tags are required and spots are available on a first come, first served basis. DO I HAVE TO BRING MY PRINTED TICKET? NO. As long as you have your ticket downloaded on your smartphone, it can be scanned from there. Of course, printed tickets will also work. Please remember to bring a valid photo ID as it will be required to purchase beer at Boulevardia. Can't find your ticket?  | PETS? As much as we love them, pets cannot enter Boulevardia. Service animals are allowed. CAMERAS? Taking pictures is allowed with your phone or small DSLR cameras. No mega-ultra-zoom lenses and photo safari gear, please. You'll be asked to leave it in the car. KIDS? We’re a family-friendly festival. Children 12 and under are admitted free but all children under 16 must have an adult guardian. All special experience tickets, including Taps & Tastes, is 21+ only. No one under 21 will be allowed into Taps & Tastes or our VIP area, including infants and toddlers. |
 | IS RE-ENTRY ALLOWED? You bet, but only with a stamp from one of our gates. DESIGNATED DRIVERS? While designated drivers are HIGHLY encouraged, we do not offer special tickets for them. We do think they’re awesome. TAXIS? UBERS? zTRIP? LYFT? Boulevardia encourages you to get home safely. Please consider taking a cab or using a rideshare service like Uber, zTrip, or Lyft to get home. WHAT'S YOUR TICKET POLICY AND WEATHER CONTINGENCY? Boulevardia is a rain or shine event. Your ticket is for Boulevardia, not for a specific artist. Artists and schedule subject to change without notice. Artist cancellation is not grounds for refund. The ticket is a revocable license for the time/date listed on the ticket. Severe weather instructions/areas will be designated at the event in case of an emergency. It could be quite hot too, so drink plenty of water before, during and after the event. Whew!
