Returns

What is the return window?
BulbHead will gladly provide an exchange or refund your purchase price for items returned in their original condition within 30 days after you receive them (excluding return shipping charges, discounts, shipping and handling charges and any separate fees). Products returned in original condition after 30 days of your receipt will receive a merchandise credit equal to your original purchase price which will be good towards a future purchase at bulbhead.com.

Are there any items that are non-returnable?
Intimate Apparel cannot be returned for a refund due to health and sanitary reasons. Consumable items (products that can be diminished or used up) are not returnable once they are opened, however, BulbHead will accept a return for any unused and unopened consumable item. DVDs and software products may only be exchanged in the event of a manufacturing defect.

How will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be made to your original form of payment. Once your return is received in the warehouse, it will be processed within 5 business days, and refunds typically reflect in your account within 5 business days after your return is processed.

Who pays for return shipping?
You can call or email customer service to receive a prepaid FedEx label, print the label, affix to your package and drop it off at any FedEx location. A $9.99 return shipping charge will be automatically deducted from your refund upon printing this label. Alternatively, you can return on your own via FedEx, USPS or any other traceable method and receive a full product refund, and BulbHead encourages you to insure your package.

What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
BulbHead will replace at no cost any item received in a defective state (i.e. ripped, torn, or broken).

Editor's Take

You know those late-night infomercials that somehow manage to convince you that you absolutely need a self-expanding garden hose or a flashlight that could probably signal Mars? Yeah, BulbHead is basically the mastermind behind that whole phenomenon. They're the original creator of the "As Seen On TV" logo, which is kind of like being the person who invented the hashtag-you've shaped an entire cultural moment.

Founded in 2015, BulbHead.com calls itself "the home of bright ideas," and honestly, that's not just marketing fluff. The company's whole thing is scouring the globe for gadgets that solve those annoying everyday problems you didn't even know you had until someone demonstrated the solution on your TV screen at 2 AM. We're talking about products like the Pocket Hose and Atomic Beam-stuff that sounds vaguely sci-fi but is actually just really clever household gear.

But here's where it gets interesting. BulbHead's CEO A.J. Khubani started the company way back in 1983, originally under the name Telebrands, by placing print ads in publications like the National Enquirer. The guy basically pioneered direct response marketing before the internet made it cool. In 1986, he experimented with TV infomercials, and one product-AmberVision sunglasses-sold 15 million pairs. That's not a typo. Fifteen million.

The company's been featured on the Discovery Channel's "PitchMen" series, working with legendary pitchmen like the late Billy Mays and Anthony Sullivan. And get this-they host monthly "Inventors Days" where entrepreneurs can pitch their inventions directly to the team. It's like Shark Tank, but for gadgets that might end up in your kitchen drawer.

BulbHead markets products in over 120 countries, which means their reach is genuinely global. They've got everything from kitchen tools to outdoor gear, pet products to personal care items. The website's designed to be super user-friendly whether you're shopping on your phone, tablet, or computer, and they've built in features like wishlists, order tracking, and customer reviews so you can actually see what other "BulbHeads" think before you buy.

One thing that sets them apart is their community approach. They actively encourage customers to share product ideas and feedback, basically crowd-sourcing innovation. It's a smart move-who better to tell you what products people need than the people who'd actually buy them?

So if you're the type who gets sucked into product demos or just loves finding clever solutions to mundane problems, BulbHead's your spot. Just maybe set a budget before you start browsing at midnight.
