Returns

What is the return window?
The return policy is for 14 days. After 14 days of your package being postmarked as "delivered", it is no longer eligible for refund/exchange. To be eligible for a return/exchange, a return/exchange must be initiated in the portal within 14 days of the package being delivered.

Are there any items that are non-returnable?
All sale items are non-returnable. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must meet the following criteria: unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, with all tags attached (if applicable) and in its original garment packaging. This includes: free of hair, glitter, fuzz, perfumes, deodorant markings and other markings. During a FINAL SALE promotion where the customer uses a final sale code, all sales are final for all products and are ineligible for a return/exchange/refund.

How will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been postmarked as delivered, your return is inspected for quality. If your return passes inspection, a refund will then be initiated within 14 business days to your original form of payment. Please note that refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to appear in your bank account due to processing times that can vary for different financial organizations.

Who pays for return shipping?
All domestic returns for a refund will incur a $10 shipping fee. All international returns for a refund will incur fees based on shipping label cost. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
If you receive a damaged/defective item, please contact us within the 3 days of your package being postmarked as delivered so that we can further assist you at [email protected].

Editor's Take

So here's the thing about maternity wear-it's been kind of terrible for, well, forever. You know what I mean. Those shapeless tent dresses, the elastic waistbands that somehow manage to be both too tight and too loose, the general vibe that says "congratulations on your pregnancy, now dress like you've given up." But Bumpsuit? They're basically flipping the script on all of that.

Founded by Australian model Nicole Trunfio during her third pregnancy (because apparently the first two weren't frustrating enough), Bumpsuit emerged from a pretty relatable place. Trunfio was dealing with brutal acid reflux-not from her baby's hair, as old wives' tales suggested, but from all those annoying waistbands and seams digging into her growing bump. The solution? A seamless, buttery-soft bodysuit that stretches with your body through pregnancy, postpartum, and honestly, just regular life.

And that's kind of the genius of it. These aren't just maternity clothes that you'll donate the second baby arrives. The fabric-this crazy-soft, four-way stretch material-adapts as your body changes. First trimester, third trimester, six months postpartum, or just a regular Tuesday when you want to feel put-together without actually trying. The signature Bumpsuit styles (the Lucy, the Cindy, the Kate) have become cult favorites, racking up over 258,000 Instagram followers who genuinely seem obsessed.

The brand's expanded way beyond just the original jumpsuit concept too. Now they've got shapewear, nursing-friendly pieces, loungewear, and even their Armadillo baby carrier that's getting compared to luxury options. They've done collaborations with Jasmine Tookes and Lauryn Bosstick. There's a whole "Village" community platform for mothers. They opened a retail store at The Domain in Austin after a successful pop-up at The Grove in LA.

But here's where it gets interesting-and a bit complicated. While the brand has this aspirational, Instagram-perfect aesthetic and celebrity fans like Miranda Kerr singing its praises, the customer service reviews are... mixed, to put it kindly. Some people absolutely swear by the comfort and quality. Others have complained about return policy issues, especially around promotional codes and final sale items. The company's based in Austin, ships from there, and seems to be growing fast-maybe a little too fast for their customer service infrastructure to keep up.

Still, there's something undeniably appealing about the core concept. Pregnancy is already uncomfortable enough without adding restrictive clothing to the mix. And the idea that you can throw on a Bumpsuit, add a jacket and boots, and look effortlessly chic? That resonates. Whether you're actually pregnant, postpartum, or just want something comfortable that doesn't look like pajamas, the appeal is pretty universal. Just maybe read the return policy carefully before you order.
