This Pomegranate Molasses comes from Urfa, Turkey, where fresh locally grown pomegranates are pressed into juice and gradually concentrated in a low-temp reduction process. Natural fruit sugars never caramelize at this low temperature, which means you get vibrantly fresh fruit flavors peaking with nutritional value. There’s only one ingredient with zero preservatives: pomegranate!
