Mark recommends storing the nut butter in a cool, dry place and out of direct sunlight. Refrigeration is not necessary but stirring is: “We don’t use palm oil, hydrogenated oils, or other fillers, so if you eat our nut butter infrequently, you’ll notice natural oil separation over time. When stirring, stir ALL the way to the bottom of the jar and work your way up. Important ingredients like salt and those beautiful B&B spices will sink to the bottom as the oil naturally rises to the top.”
