You may have cooked with versions of these popular blends before, but we’ve put a Burlap & Barrel spin on each one to breathe new life into timeless classics. Made with only single origin spices, we start with the best ingredients to make the best blends. Each one is easy to love and easy to use, for home cooks at every level!

Low & Slow Chili Powder

It’s time to spice things up with multi-layered triple chili flavor: fruity sun-dried Pasilla, red-hot Kashimi and smoky Pimentón paprika. Simmer this blend low & slow in sauces and stews to bring out the aromatic richness of cumin, toasted onion and garlic, sweet cinnamon, coriander and oregano. Use as a rub, or simply shake onto fries, popcorn, cottage cheese or nuts for a spicy snack.

Umami Steak Seasoning

Bold in texture and mouthwatering to the max, this steak seasoning makes veggies taste just as meaty as pan-seared ribeye. Crunchy bits of toasty garlic and sweet shallot are super-satisfying in every bite against smoked paprika and the fruity heat of Black Urfa Chili. Use in meatballs and burgers, or in baked beans, stir-fries and roasted potatoes—wherever you desire unmatched umami.

Sumac Lemon Pepper

No artificial shortcuts here, we’re using real lemon powder (made from whole lemons!) in our lemon pepper! Our special addition is savory-tart Cured Sumac to put an extra flavor twinkle on the tongue, bouncing off pops of black pepper, buttery garlic and thyme. We love shaking this savory sprinkle onto creamy dips, avocado toast and tuna salad, as well as roast chicken, fish and vegetables.
