For spicy chili lovers, new harvests of our Californian Red Jalapeño&Smoked Chipotleare now in stock. Both chilis are medium-hot with fruity notes, lending a seductive heat to DIY grill seasoning or when sprinkled over creamy dips. Smoked Chipotle blooms beautifully in burgers and Red Jalapeño has a bright pop of color that makes it a pretty topping spice, like in Sylvie’s shrimp & broccolini recipe.
One interesting trend we’re noticing in 2025: value-sized containers are becoming more popular with our customers. Folks are starting to cook more and eat in, stocking up on their favorites in larger quantities. Ahead of peak grilling season, pick up our big containers of sweet Toasted Onion Powder and smoky Tandoori Origin Blendfor quick & easy umami in marinades, rubs and roasts.
A tip on storing our Toasted Onion Powder: place in a Ziploc bag in the fridge to prevent humidity from getting into the jar and “bricking” the powder. We never add preservatives or anti-caking agents to our spices, and this one requires a little extra protection from the elements due to its natural sugar content. The onions are just that sweet!
