The Spice of the Summer 🌶️

Our Black Lime & Chili Salt will become the savory, tart, and slightly spicy staple in your kitchen. The salt is hand-blended with our tart Black Lime and three different chilis: Black Urfa Chili, Silk Chili and Cobanero Chili. We think this mix is the seasoning of the summer, something you'll reach for to give your dishes some "Ooomph."

1. Simply dressed: sprinkle Black Lime & Chili Salt on chilled cucumber rounds, jicama sticks, mango slices, watermelon wedges and pineapple spears for an easy summer snack.

2. It also dances well with Mexican cuisine: dust it on freshly fried tortilla chips, guacamole, aguachiles and elote.

3. Use it to rim drinks like spicy margaritas, sweet aguas frescas, piquant bloody marys or refreshing micheladas. We especially love it in Sohla and Ham El-Waylly’s golden elixir mango float. Dip the rim of a glass in lime juice and coat the rim generously in chili salt.

4. Garnish grilled shellfish, like these summer scallops, to give them an extra kick. Try it on fire-kissed shrimp, buttery lobster tails and juicy salmon fillets.

5. Pair fire with ice: scatter it on fruit-based popsicles, paletas and sorbets for a savory n’ sweet treat.
