Between you and me (and tens of thousands of other excited humans), frolicking in the dust might be ALL we can think of right now. Don't have your BRC ticket yet? Scroll in this very newsletter to get yours. Precisely, what is going on beneath the Center Camp Canopy during Burn Week? Oh honey... What isn't going down? This bunny is so eager to tell you all about it. It all kicks off with an opening party on Sunday evening. Then throughout Burn Week, prepare your mind for happenings, dance parties, games and shenanigans. Embark to other realms for the Aliens and Earthlings Luau on Monday and Tuesday's Million Mushroom March. On Wednesday, The Black Rock Philharmonic will grace the heart of the city with a 90-minute serenade. And oh! Put on your fancies for the Cacophony Society Cocktail Party and The People's Fashion Show on Wednesday. The Billion Bunny March to Protest Humanity kicks off beneath the Canopy on Thursday, and join the Future Friday Takeover to imagine how Burners can shape the world. Keep a keen eye on Burning Man Projectโs social channels for a detailed schedule of ALL Center Camp Neighborhood happenings. And those are just the highlights! If that hasn't wound you up into a tizzy of anticipation (and we know how good you are at making your own fun), YOU can help make it all happen. Ghost Town to Galactic Center: Urban Renewal in the Center Camp Plaza  There's something curious afoot in the Center Camp Neighborhood. Prepare your imagination for a convergence of creative beings who are sharing their gifts at theme camps around the plaza and beneath the whimsical Center Camp Canopy. Read on to learn how Black Rock City's ephemerality opens up opportunities for iteration and experimentation... and to get oh-so-excited about what is coming to life in the city's center. Tickets are available for anyone right now โ wander on over to the open OMG Sale on our ticketing page to grab tickets for yourself and up to three of your pals. Weโve also re-opened the Ticket Aid Program for the next two weeks, which makes it possible for participants on a reduced income to buy tickets for $225. See you in the dust!  What the FUQ? Learn more & apply Are you a human curiosity? Sign up to be an open book at the Human Curiosity Library, beneath the Center Camp Canopy. Learn more & apply Have a mutant vehicle? Thereโs fungus among us in Black Rock City! Don your fungi finest and join us on Tuesday, August 27, at 5:30 PM at the Center Camp Canopy for the Million Mushroom March to "Mona Mushroom," a 30-foot-tall metal mycelial masterpiece by artist Mona He.  Donate to Burning Man Project  It is necessary to create. And this is what humans do and do very well. Society at the moment is convincing people that only professional singers can sing. Only professional actors can act. Only professionals can make art, music and so forth. But these are all human abilities. Burning Man gives that a chance to happenโฆ You find that you are more capable than you thought you were. Black Rock City 2024 will come to life thanks to YOU! At this juncture, there is too much for just one humble JRS edition. But here's what we can tell you. In the Center Camp Plaza youโll find a ski slope, a piano bar, a jazz lounge, a few fabulous watering holes, a sunrise cafe that serves breakfast sandwiches and caffeinated goodness, a teahouse, two karaoke spots, a carousel, and fire stages where the cityโs best fire spinners will be imbuing the space with bold fury! Beneath the Center Camp Canopy, prepare for hundreds of collaborators bringing their special sauce into the center of the center. A center stage will be built the likes of which Center Camp has never seen. French Quarter is installing an epic hundred-foot-long dining room table that will feature absurd tea parties, ridiculous dining pop-ups, crafternoons, and more. Expect an Around the Clock Teahouse.
