Returns
What is the return window?
All eligible products can be returned within 30 days of purchase, subject to certain restrictions detailed below. Simply choose your method of return with item in new, complete and original condition with receipt.
Do I need a receipt to return an item?
Gather your receipt, or if unavailable we will attempt to locate your purchase in our system. A receipt is preferred but they can try to locate your purchase in their system if you don't have one.
How will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be processed in the same form as the original payment. Cash refunds over $150.00 will be issued in the form of a check within 14 business days. Refunds to credit/debits cards can only be issued to the same card used for the original purchase.
Can I return online purchases in-store?
Return your item to any Car Toys retail location. Yes, you can return online purchases to any Car Toys store location.
Who pays for return shipping?
Print the free postage label provided by the Car Toys Customer Care Team and be sure to cover over or cross out the original label prior to shipping. Car Toys provides free return shipping labels for mail returns.
