Returns

What is the return window?
Creations purchased in North America Cartier boutiques may be returned for a refund, exchange, or merchandise credit within 30 days of purchase. You can request a return or exchange of your items within 30 days by contacting Cartier Client Relations Centre.

Are there any items that are non-returnable?
All returns and exchanges must meet the conditions for return and belong to a current collection, as we do not exchange discontinued pieces. It is not possible to return or exchange creations that have been engraved, embossed, modified or personalised in any way. Watch bracelets that have been adjusted must be returned with the exact same number of links as in the original delivery package. Cartier will not accept a return if the creation shows signs of wear, has been used or has been altered from its original condition in any way.

How will I receive my refund?
Once received, your return or exchange may take five to seven business days to confirm its unworn, pristine condition with our quality control inspection process. Refunds will return to your original method of payment. Credit card refunds will be issued to the original purchaser via the original method of payment; the original cardholder will need to be present in order to refund the card.

Can I return online purchases in-store?
You are welcome to visit a Cartier boutique within the same country of your original purchase to exchange or refund your online and phone purchases. Creations purchased in North America Cartier boutiques may be returned for a refund, exchange, or merchandise credit within 30 days of purchase.

How do returns work for gift recipients?
You may choose to exchange or return an item that was purchased and gifted to you using our return and exchange methods. Any refunded amount, including any remaining balance in the case of an exchange, will be automatically reimbursed to the original purchaser.
