STATS TO KNOW FROM THE BENGALS FIRST HALF OF 2025

As the Bengals enter their bye week, here are some key numbers to know from the first half of the 2025 season.

WR Ja’Marr Chase paces the NFL with 76 receptions this season, 15 more than second place (RB Christian McCaffery and WR Puka Nacua). Chase also has 107 targets, 20 more than the next-highest player, WR Chris Olave. Chase ranks second in receiving yards (831) and is top 10 in touchdowns with five as he looks to defend his triple crown.

BYE WEEK BUSINESS: CHARLIE JONES' BIG NUMBER

Charlie Jones is shooting for a number. First, he wanted to know the number.

It is five. That's the Bengals career record for most kick and punt return touchdowns held by recent Ring of Honor inductee Lemar Parrish. After Sunday's 98-yard kick return that opened the game, Jones' number is three.

But it sounds like he wants at least six.

"Is that the number? I'd like to get as many as I can get," Jones said Monday.

FLACCO SPINS A PAYCOR CLASSIC AS BENGALS HEAD INTO BYE

It was an all-time game because 40-year-old Joe Flacco was John Wayne, Johnny Unitas and Joe Lee Burrow all in one No. 16 Bengals jersey.

With a right shoulder straight from a sports medicine seminar, Flacco delivered the NFL's biggest passing game of the year with 470 yards and four touchdowns. It was the eighth biggest game of the decade, and the only names on that list twice are Dak Prescott and Burrow, the man Flacco has replaced in one of the most incredible months in the history of the Bengals.
