All orders are final sale. Paint, swatches, fan decks and supplies are not eligible for a return or refund.

Paint, swatches, fan decks and supplies are not eligible for a return or refund. Perfect Color Swatches and merchandise are considered final sale items.
What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
If you have any issues with your order such as incorrect color or damaged products, we will make it right! However, please note that due to screen variability digital color representation may differ from actual paint colors.

The whole experience is designed around convenience. All orders ship within 1-2 business days after they're placed, with all orders shipping via FedEx Ground with an estimated transit time of 2-5 business days. Shipping is free for 5+ Perfect Color Swatches, and free for standard orders (paint & supplies) over $150, with standard orders under $150 costing $10 for shipping.
