What is the return window?
We wish to ensure your complete satisfaction while shopping on Clarins.com. and we will gladly accept your return purchased on Clarinsusa.com within 30 days of purchase.
Do I need a receipt to return an item?
While not explicitly stated for online purchases, if you have a faulty product that was purchased in-store or if you experienced an allergy to one of our products, please contact our customer service team, providing you have proof of purchase from an authorised stockist. Are there any items that are non-returnable?
Spa Gift Vouchers and Online E-Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged as per our Terms & Conditions. Products must be returned in their original condition. We are unable to accept items back that have been opened or used unless the product is damaged or defective.
How will I receive my refund?
Refunds are made to the original form of payment, with the exception of electronic Gift Certificates, in which case a new electronic Gift Certificate will be emailed to the original recipient.
