Returns
What is the return window?
Any chair can be returned within 45 days of arrival for a refund minus a restocking fee. Returns must be shipped back within 7 days since the return label was issued. This return and exchange policy applies exclusively to the US territory and to purchases made directly on the website.
Do I need a receipt to return an item?
To return a product, contact [email protected] for instructions and make sure to speak to them first before returning or exchanging any items as they will provide specific instructions. While not explicitly stated, you would need your order information to process a return.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it to be eligible for a return. There may be slight variations in design features between colors or production batches, and these differences do not affect the usability of the chair and are not considered defects.
How will I receive my refund?
Your refund will be initiated as soon as your item is delivered back to us and inspected by our team, and you should allow up to 10 business days from when we receive your return to process your refund. There is a restocking fee of 6% of the value of the returned items, meaning the final fee will vary depending on the number of returned items.
How do I start a return online?
CLIQ uses Loop Returns to facilitate returns within the US, which makes returning a product super painless and easy. You can also contact [email protected] for return instructions.
Editor's Take
So here's the thing about CLIQ-they basically took one of camping's most annoying problems and just... solved it. You know that moment when you're heading to the beach or a kid's soccer game and you're trying to figure out what chair to bring? The bulky folding ones that weigh like 10 pounds and take up half your trunk? Yeah, CLIQ said forget all that.
These chairs pack down to the size of a water bottle and support up to 400 lbs. Like, actually the size of a Stanley tumbler. And they pop open in seconds with this spring-loaded mechanism that feels kind of magical the first time you use it. The company was founded in 2018 in Santa Barbara, California, and honestly, you can tell-there's this California outdoor lifestyle vibe baked into everything they make.
The flagship product is the ClassiQ 2.0, but they've expanded into a whole lineup now. There's the EpiQ Lounge if you want something more substantial with a 500 lb capacity, and the MystiQ Hybrid that's perfect for beach days. What's interesting is how they've engineered these things-military-grade aluminum that supports 400 lbs while the chair itself weighs less than 4 lbs. That's some serious engineering.
The chairs aren't cheap-you're looking at around $189 for the ClassiQ 2.0, $269 for the MystiQ, and $349 for the EpiQ Lounge. But here's the deal: they warranty every product against manufacturing defects and offer a lifetime warranty on materials and workmanship. Plus there's a 45-day return window, so you can actually test these things out.
People either love these chairs or find them a bit too reclined for certain activities. Some reviewers mention they're perfect for relaxing but not ideal if you need to sit upright for long periods-like at a desk or watching sports where you want to lean forward. But for camping, beach trips, tailgating, or just having extra seating that doesn't eat up your storage space? They're kind of brilliant.
Notice how CLIQ's whole thing is about those in-between moments-the sidelines, the pauses, the reset before the next big move. It's not trying to replace your living room furniture. It's about having a legitimately comfortable seat wherever life takes you, without the hassle of lugging around traditional camping chairs. And with over 500,000 customers at this point, clearly a lot of people are buying into that vision.
