Returns
What is the return window?
Courant provides a 30-day return policy from the delivery date. Once the return is completed, you will receive a money refund within 5-7 business days. For holiday orders placed from Black Friday onward, returns and exchanges can be done before January 31st. Any orders placed after December 25th will be subject to the regular 30-day return window.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
Monogrammed products are not eligible for returns given the customization. Any gifts received with a purchase cannot be returned, including AirPods and AirPod Pro. If your product was monogrammed, it cannot be returned because it was customized. Items discounted 40% or more are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
How will I receive my refund?
For product warranty claims, replacements and refunds will be issued following return, receipt, and review of the product in question at the returns facility to confirm the validity of the warranty claim. You will get a money refund within 5-7 business days once the return is completed.
Who pays for return shipping?
Some international shipping destinations outside of the U.S. may incur additional customs charges upon arrival, depending on the country (including Canada). All return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the purchaser.
How do I start a return online?
If you're not satisfied with your Courant purchase, visit the returns policy page. You'll find more details on how to proceed with your return, if it qualifies. You must have all original packaging (box and components inside) to qualify for a return.
Editor's Take
So here's the thing about Courant-they basically took something as mundane as a phone charger and turned it into, well, furniture. And not in a weird way.
The company integrates wireless charging technology into sleek, home-inspired shapes that actually look like they belong on your nightstand or desk. We're talking genuine Italian leather and Belgian linen wrapped around charging pads that could pass for high-end decor. It's kind of genius, really-why should your charger look like tech when everything else in your bedroom doesn't?
Founded in 2018 and based in New York, Courant's gotten some serious traction. Luxury hotels like The Ritz Carlton and Four Seasons have adopted their chargers, and you'll find them at Neiman Marcus and Nordstrom. That's not your typical tech company trajectory.
The product lineup is pretty straightforward. Their MAG collection works with iPhone 12 and above using MagSafe, while the CATCH series handles iPhone models 8-11, Samsung, and Google devices. Most chargers come in both their Classics line (that Italian leather) and Essentials line (the Belgian linen). And yeah, you can get them monogrammed-because apparently we're personalizing our charging pads now.
The company's clearly betting on design-conscious consumers who want their tech to disappear into their decor. And for a lot of people, that trade-off works. They offer a 1-year warranty, and free shipping on all orders in the USA and Canada. Customer service is email-only though-no phone support, which has frustrated some customers dealing with issues.
Notice how they've carved out this specific niche? They're not trying to be the fastest charger or the cheapest. They're the charger you don't hide in a drawer. Whether that's worth the premium is really about what you value-form, function, or that sweet spot where both meet.
