What is the return window?
You have 30 days from the shipped date to notify Coway USA Inc. and request a refund of the purchase price (90 days for Bidetmega 150, Bidetmega 200, Bidetmega 400).
Do I need a receipt to return an item?
Yes, please include the receipt or proof of purchase. Coway USA Inc. may require that you furnish proof of purchase details and video footage to obtain an RMA.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
Returned Product(s) must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged), in either its original packaging or packaging providing an equal degree of protection. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging.
How will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received, your full refund will be processed within 10 business days. Please allow 4-8 weeks for return processing.
Who pays for return shipping?
Products returned to Coway USA, Inc. will receive a full refund and Coway USA, Inc. will pay for the return freight only if the return is a result of our error. After confirming the return request, we will issue and send a pre-paid return shipping label to your email.
