You know what's kind of fascinating about Crew Carwash? Back in 1948, with great foresight and a nod to innovation, Founder Joe Dahm opened Indiana's first automated carwash, Mike's Minit Man. At the time, just 18 carwashes were operating in the United States. Think about that for a second-eighteen. In the entire country.

And here's the thing that really gets me: Since then, millions of vehicles have passed through the carwash and Crew has become one of the largest carwash companies in the nation. Still owned by the Dahm Family, Crew Carwash continues to grow and innovate to deliver on our brand promise to provide our customers with "Clean, fast and friendly" service - every day. That's over 75 years of staying in the family business, which honestly feels pretty rare these days.

But what really caught my attention was their approach to sustainability. They utilize 40% recycled water and 60% fresh water due to our water reclamation systems that allow us to filter, clean and re-use some of the water in our wash process. So they're not just washing cars-they're actually thinking about environmental impact, which is something you don't always see in this industry.

Through Bill's leadership, Crew Carwash has grown to over 45 locations and created employment for over 1,000 team members. And get this-Crew Carwash serves as a first job for thousands of Hoosiers and creates future leaders through youth mentorship programs and award-winning training. In addition, Crew gives back over $1 million each year to the communities they serve.

The recognition they've gotten is pretty impressive too. Crew Carwash has been named one of the best places to work for 2024 by Glassdoor!
