What is the return window?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your CRISLU.com purchase you may request to return the products without customized engraving or embossing and in its original condition, within 14 days of the date of receipt of items for a refund or an exchange. They will extend the return policy to 30 days for items purchased that are given as gifts during December.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
Products with customized engraving or embossing cannot be returned. Items must be in their original condition to qualify for return.
How will I receive my refund?
Customers can choose between a refund or an exchange for their returned items. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
Who pays for return shipping?
For customers who purchased free returns coverage, a shipping label will be provided at no cost. All other customers will be responsible for the cost of their return shipping label.
