REFUND POLICY
We were so excited about getting word out about our event that we forgot to mention our refund policy! We are so sorry about this and hope that this answers any questions!
If you have ALREADY PURCHASED A TICKET:
When you originally signed up, we didn’t have the refund policy posted, so to make things right, we’re offering you the chance to request a full refund until midnight tonight, April 9th if desired. After this time, the official refund policy will go into effect. You can find the official refund policy below.
If you HAVE NOT PURCHASED A TICKET:
If you have not already purchased a ticket, this will be our refund policy moving forward:
Your seat fee is non-refundable. However, your swag bag and card kit items can be picked up during store hours or shipped to you with an additional shipping fee. If there is a waiting list, and someone wants to purchase your seat, you will be refundable as soon as your seat is purchased.
Once again, we apologize for any confusion regarding the seating options as well as any concerns about the refund policy. We hope this clears everything up but if you still have any questions or need anything else, just give us a shout!
