What is the return window?
Unused merchandise is eligible for a full refund within 30 days of receipt of order.

You can initiate a return by entering in your order number, email address and billing zip code or by logging into your account and selecting the order to return.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
Items denoted as Final Sale are not eligible for return, refund or exchange. All returned items must be unused and in their original condition with tags attached.

Dearfoams will issue a refund in the same form of payment used for purchase within 14 days of receiving your returned merchandise. Once your return has been processed at our warehouse, please allow up to 5-10 business days for your refund to be posted to your account, depending on your financial institution.
