Returns
What is the return window?
Returns are only accepted within 30 days of the date the item was sent out to you, as long as the item is unused. Unfortunately, any items claimed more than 30 days from the ship date are not eligible for a refund; please make sure you open up your boxes right away!
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
No returns are accepted for the Steal it Box. Since these items are carefully chosen and the boxes are priced way below retail, they are unable to do returns or substitutes for anything in your box. Certain merchandise, such as gift cards and final sale items, are not eligible for return.
Who pays for return shipping?
You have two options for the return shipping: 1) You can either arrange and pay for the return shipping on your own 2) Or, you can request a prepaid return label from us and we will simply deduct the shipping fee from the amount to be refunded. Either way, the return shipping cost is your responsibility.
How will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your return, we will initiate the refund to your original form of payment. All refunds for returns for items bought from our site are processed one to three days after the item is received by our team. However, your card provider may add additional time to this.

They launch three new steals each morning at 10AM ET, and each deal stays live for exactly twenty-four hours or until it sells out. So if you're the type who sees something gorgeous and thinks "I'll come back to it later," well... you probably won't get the chance.
What makes them different from your typical home decor retailer? They're a daily deal site with "real" deals-no gimmicks, no fake sales. They cut profits down to the bottom dollar to ensure savings are translated from us to our consumer with a minimal markup. And they mean it. The company's been around since 2009, when founder and CEO Yasmin shipped her very first steal directly from her garage in Bensalem, Pennsylvania. Now they're operating out of Riviera Beach, Florida with 11-50 employees, serving what they call "our online community of over 1 million farmhouse decor lovers".
Their specialty? Modern, vintage, rustic and farmhouse decor-from wall decor and lighting to baskets and kitchen decor, farmhouse furniture and more. But here's the thing that really sets them apart: they sell vertically, meaning high quantities of a few items a day which enables them to negotiate absolute best pricing due to volume.
They've also got this subscription box thing called "Steal It" box, which provides on-trend items that are ideal for your home. There's no long-term commitment, and you're free to purchase one box and come back for the next.
The shipping's pretty straightforward too-whether it's a table or a vase, all items ship to you for only $5. Most items ship within 3 days from their USA warehouse, though some specialty pieces can take up to fifteen business days.
One thing to keep in mind: if you buy something and it goes on sale, they're not able to offer discounts or price adjustments. But given their whole philosophy about offering the lowest prices from the start, that actually makes sense.
