Returns
What is the return window?
You may request a return within 14 days from the date of receipt of the last package of your order. The return period may be extended during holiday periods.
Do I need a receipt to return an item?
You need to fill out the return form available on the website in the Customer Service area to get a Return Number. The products must be returned with all tags attached and in the same condition as received.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
It is not possible to return perfumes and products from the Sexual Wellness category. Fragrances that have been opened or used cannot be returned.
How will I receive my refund?
Refunds may take up to 5-7 working days following quality control, re-stocking and crediting back to the original payment method. All refunds are issued back to the original payment method used to place the order, with timing depending on your payment provider's processing times.
Who pays for return shipping?
You can use the pre-printed and pre-paid label provided, and book collection via DHL Express portal or arrange drop off at your nearest DHL Service Point.
