What is the return window?
You can return or exchange full price orders within 21 days of purchase, free of charge. Anything purchased in sale or at a discount of 20% or more can be exchanged free of charge, or refunded for a small fee within 14 days of purchase. The 21 days starts on the day that you receive your order, and products need to be received back to us within 21 days from that date.

Are there any items that are non-returnable?
Custom, bespoke and hand-painted orders cannot be returned as these are made to your specification. Items must be in new or unworn condition with no marks, and any returns must be returned in the original packaging, including the dust bag.
