Returns

What is the return window?
If any product that you purchase is not satisfactory to you, your sole remedy is to return it (unused) for a refund. However, specific return windows are not clearly stated for restaurant purchases.

Do I need a receipt to return an item?
If your card is not registered, you must treat your card like cash. We cannot replace it if it is lost or stolen. For food items, receipts would likely be required for any refund considerations.

Are there any items that are non-returnable?
Each Reward has a unique number and can only be used once. Once a Reward has been applied, it is non-refundable. No cash refunds.

How will I receive my refund?
A quick email to customer service via the app has always resulted in a prompt refund to my original method of payment. We reserve the right to correct, change or update such information or to cancel orders related to such information (including after you have submitted an order) without prior notice and issue a refund for amounts paid.

With America's favorite coffee, innovative beverage strategies, and mouth-watering snacks, Dunkin' has become the brand everyone knows nationally and loves locally. We serve fresh-brewed excitement across the globe, but haven't moved too far from our Quincy, MA roots. That's not easy to pull off when you're operating thousands of locations.

The numbers tell the story too. Dunkin' Donuts achieved a global sales record of six billion dollars in the year 2010. And they're not slowing down-they're constantly innovating with seasonal flavors, limited-time partnerships, and menu expansions that keep people coming back.
