A $10.99 fee will be deducted from your refund if you select the Happy Returns Bar option or pre-paid shipping label return options. If you select the "Purchasing your own shipping label" option; shipping is at customer's expense.

Find the packing slip in the original packaging of your order and select the "Item" and "Reason for Return." Choose the Happy Returns "Return Bar" option to receive your QR code for a no-contact drop-off. Once your item has been dropped off, your refund will be initiated immediately.

Editor's Take

So here's the thing about Ellos-it's basically Sweden's answer to the plus-size fashion gap that's been around way longer than most people realize. Founded in 1947, this brand has been doing the inclusive sizing thing for decades, which is kind of remarkable when you think about how "body positivity" only became a buzzword in the last ten years or so.

What makes Ellos interesting is that Swedish design aesthetic they bring to the table. You know that Scandinavian minimalism everyone's obsessed with? Clean lines, muted tones, effortless chic? That's exactly what they're doing, but for sizes 10-44. And honestly, that's refreshing. The plus-size market has historically been stuck with either frumpy basics or trying-too-hard trendy pieces, but Ellos sits in this sweet spot of modern, wearable fashion that doesn't feel like it's pandering.

The company operates under the FullBeauty Brands umbrella now, which is basically the Amazon of plus-size retail. They've got their fingers in everything-Woman Within, Roaman's, Jessica London, swimsuitsforall. But Ellos maintains that distinct European vibe that sets it apart from its sister brands. It's not trying to be American mall fashion in bigger sizes. It's got its own identity.

Here's where it gets practical: they're online-only, which means no physical stores to browse. That's a double-edged sword. On one hand, you're shopping from your couch in your pajamas (living the dream). On the other hand, you can't touch the fabric or try things on before committing. They do offer a 60-day return window, which is pretty generous compared to the standard 30 days most retailers give you. But-and this is important-there's a $10.99 fee if you want your refund back to your original payment method. You can get a free return if you opt for an e-gift card instead, which is clever from a business standpoint but might be annoying if you just want your money back.

The pricing sits in that accessible mid-range territory. Not fast-fashion cheap, but not designer expensive either. They run promotions constantly-like, constantly. Sign up for their emails and you'll probably get 40% off your highest priced item right off the bat. The catch? Those deals usually exclude clearance, final sale items, and select third-party merchandise. Always read the fine print.

Customer service is available 24/7, 365 days a year, which is actually impressive. Call them at 3 AM if you want-someone will answer. They also have live chat on the website, which is the move if you hate phone calls like most of us do.

One thing that keeps coming up in reviews: the quality is solid. People mention buying basics that last for years, which matters when you're building a wardrobe. The fit can be hit or miss though, which is pretty standard for online shopping. Some items run true to size, others don't. The reviews on individual products are your friend here.

The brand also carries more than just clothing-they've got shoes (sizes 7-13 in multiple widths), intimates (bra sizes A-O, seriously), and even home goods. It's kind of become a one-stop-shop situation, which explains why they're part of that larger FullBeauty ecosystem.

Ellos fills a specific niche: women who want contemporary, well-made clothing in extended sizes without the "plus-size section" stigma that still lingers in traditional retail. It's not perfect-the return fees are annoying, and being online-only isn't for everyone-but for what it is, it does the job well. Just maybe wait for one of those constant sales before you buy.
