Returns
What is the return window?
You can return unused, unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 60 days of ship date. All sales are final after the 60-day period, and exchanges cannot be processed for products received after 60 days from the ship date.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
Final sale merchandise (marked with a * on the front of your invoice or final sale label in your cart) cannot be returned or exchanged. Lingerie and swimwear items must be returned with their original sanitary strips or tags intact or they will be returned to you without refund.
How will I receive my refund?
If you paid by credit card you will see a refund for the returned items. If you paid by check or money order the funds from the original order will be utilized to fulfill your exchange request. Most returns are processed within about 3-5 business days of arrival to the warehouse.
How do I start a return online?
For orders placed with a registered account, visit your Order History to sign in and initiate a return or exchange. If the order was placed as a guest, log out of any account and head to the Online Return Center where you'll click Start a Return and enter your guest email address.

The story itself is pretty wild. Originally launched in 2012 by The Limited, the brand actually shut down after just a year and a half. But here's where it gets interesting-the original team and loyal customers didn't want to let it die, so they relaunched independently in 2014. That's basically unheard of in retail. Social media played a huge role in bringing Eloquii back, with customers literally demanding the brand return.
And they're not just throwing random styles together. Eloquii takes trends from the runway to your closet, dropping new styles constantly. We're talking trend-driven, feminine, polished fashion working on a compressed design cycle with new styles every week. That's fast fashion speed, but for a demographic that's historically been told to wait months (or never) for trendy pieces.
The brand went through some changes, too. Walmart acquired Eloquii in October 2018, and then sold it to FullBeauty Brands in 2024. They even tried physical retail for a bit-opening stores in Washington D.C., Chicago, Detroit, Houston, Miami, and New York's SoHo. But COVID-19 forced them to close all five retail locations in March 2020, and they decided to go back to their roots as an online-only retailer.
What makes them different? They actually understand fit. Notice how most plus-size sections feel like an afterthought? Eloquii built their entire business around getting it right. Their Instagram bio literally says "Fashion first, fit obsessed" and they serve sizes 14-32. That obsession shows-customers consistently mention the fit actually works.
The pricing sits in that middle zone where you're not getting Forever 21 prices, but you're also not dropping designer money. Most products range from $50 to $200, which feels reasonable when you consider the quality and the fact that these are actually designed for curves, not just sized up.
