Returns
What is the return window?
Due to the nature of our product, and as detailed in the Terms & Conditions of purchase, all orders are considered final sale. For unopened and unused kits, you must notify us within thirty (30) days of placing your order.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
Once our lab begins processing your kit, no refunds will be given. As long as the request for a refund is received before the kit is received by the lab, we will refund the purchase price less a fee of $39, and the refund request must be received prior to our lab receiving the sample.
How will I receive my refund?
Once we receive it, we will refund the purchase price less a restocking fee of $39. In the event a refund is issued on any of our products, discounts applied to your purchase will not be refunded, and any discounts applied to other products purchased with the product you are returning will be deducted from any refund.
How do I start a return online?
If your Index kit has been received and opened, you can receive a refund by contacting us at [email protected] or by calling our toll-free number, (888) 220-6436, registering the kit, and then mailing the kit back to us with the return shipping label provided by our Customer Experience team.
